The Gardens are waking up and the Avalanche of seedlings has begun. Huge relief, as this year Spring was beginning to seem as if it was really and truly not going to arrive. Spring-ter is a most terrible idea.
It is time to put the studio to the side and to wrap up some of the indoor “Winter Work”. Metalwork pieces are clamouring for a session of polishing. I always put off polishing and end up with a two day marathon of greasy and finger-burning finish work (sigh).
I just never seem to manage to develop the discipline to do a little at a time. Oh well, maybe next year…
I am holding out hope for a couple of nice warm days that will make finish-polishing so very much more pleasant (do not need more mess in house… the seedlings already have the market cornered on mess).
